Our priorities can get disjointed in a crazy world. We all need to look to Jesus today, and remember we are His followers. Much of the things happening are well beyond our control, and we are pilgrims and strangers. If we say we aren't selfishly living for ourselves because we're afraid God might be selling us a bill of goods, or because we have better plans, we're lying to ourselves. Believing a lie from someone else is sometimes understandable (if it's well crafted).
