More AMENS!
ReplyDeleteYou've got to get rid of Maier some day. How that pseudo-Lutheran still gets elected is beyond me.
ReplyDeleteI know Matt Harrison. I know Herb Mueller. I know Paul Maier. While I am sure there are many areas of disagreement between them, I am very privileged to call them friends and brothers in Christ. In paricular, Paul Maier and Herb Mueller have worshiped in my congregation and both have been very gracious to me.
ReplyDeleteFor those of us not from Missouri (Synod, that is), what are the responsibilities of all the vice-presidents?
ReplyDeleteSimply put, the VPs represent the President at District Conventions, form a group of counselors (the Praesidium), and are assigned to represent the President on various boards and commissions...
ReplyDeleteFirst VP is full-time; VPs 2-5 are not and are paid pro bono for time and expenses...
