I was particularly struck by the powerful symbolism of the Lamb, standing on the altar, and pouring out His Blood for men. This just fairly screams the Christian faith.

Thank you for posting this - I am a homeschooling mom and faithful reader of your blog. This week my 2nd and 3rd grader are studying the Northern Renaissance in art and music - we just had a lesson on Van Eyck. I look forward to sharing this video with my children.
