It seems that there is no limit to the lengths some will go to sell a product and, in the process, undermine the values that have distinguished our history and fueled our success... An actual ad, by the way!
In a separate ad, party animal "Ali," looking intoxicated (or high on drugs), is shown next to a cardboard cutout of actor Ryan Gosling, with one hand holding her birth control pills and the other outstretched hand near cardboard-stiff Ryan's crotch.
A Washington Times column by Emily Miller, "New Obamacare ads make young women look like sluts," discusses this further. The Colorado Consumer Health Initiative and the ProgressNow Colorado Education leadership has certainly shown themselves to be slutty.
Ironically, last year the ProgressNow Colorado Education group had circulated a petition denouncing Rush Limbaugh for his attack on a so-called "law student," Sandra Fluke, who whined in a House committee hearing about the $1,000/year cost of contraception for a woman in law school.
This ad is a multipurpose ad, addressing many government priorities all at once. It (1) pushes OblamaDoesNotCare, (2) pushes uncommitted sexual relations, (3) undermines traditional morality, and (4) shows the government as the benign, generous "parent" for all the over-21 adolescents. What a great ad (NOT)!
We have sunk so low that our government is now seeking to destroy every aspect of traditional America. It promotes dependence, rather than independence. It promotes short-term enjoyment instead of perseverance and sacrifice in order to achieve. It promotes self over community. It promotes laziness, sloth, and consumption as "rights" while making the industrious and productive worker look like a fool. This can come to no good end.
The leftist leadership at the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative and the ProgressNow Colorado Education appear desperate to turn Traitorobamacare into something other than a total abortion by developing an insurance ad campaign for promiscuity.
