Missed from Feb. 15, but worthy of your consideration. . .

Today, February 15, 2016, we remember the twenty-one Coptic Christians that were martyred for their faith by ISIS one year ago. Take courage! The Lord has told us what is to come and we rejoice at the confession of these Coptic Christians who did not deny Christ, though swords were at their throats.

  1. President Matthew Harrison: "Today is the one year anniversary of the killing of 21 Coptic Christians."

More theologically, though not politically, correct: "Today is the one year anniversary of the brutal murders of 21 Coptic Christians by Muslim terrorists."

  2. Wonderful video and great use of bible quotes. Thanks for this reminder of the 21 Coptic Christian BRUTAL MURDERS, may by the grace of God our faith be the same facing death while confessing Christ. I can but only pray for these ISIS men, that faced with the memory of their deeds by commission or omission they will be brought by the Holy Spirit to a living faith in Christ.

  3. Nevertheless, Pres. Harrison's words do have a Pecksniffian odor given the close ties between his adminstration and the leftist Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIaRS), which has lobbied Demonicrat politicians to demand more Syrian Muslim (with so far few, if any, Christian) refugees be admitted to the U.S.. LCMS ONM Exec. Director Bart Day is on the LIaRS Board of Directors. In 2015, President Harrison co-signed with LIaRS President Linda Hartke the LCMS's 2015 Refugee Sunday letter. In September, Pres. Harrison served as honorary co-chairman, along with the XXXA Presiding Bishopette and other Demonicrat politicians, at a bourbon-swilling LIaRS gala in Baltimore.
