The art of the editorial cartoon always amazes me. If it is good, it speaks in a few images what might take many column inches of paper space. This one hits the mark. Lutheran sensibilities might have to look beyond the ordinary in order to appreciate the biting sense of it all but I encourage you to do so. If you have trouble with the monstrance, imagine a chalice and host.
