Tips for hand raising impaired Lutherans...

Not being a hand raiser in the pews (though at the altar) I understand the confusion about protocol and I know that Lutherans like even spontaneity to be orderly, so I am including this little instructional video to inform us in case we end up in such a Lutheran parish or we visit non-Lutheran churches....
