I got a notice that on August 25, 2020, 1517 Media (Fortress Press) is coming out with a must read book that is surely relevant to what a dying church like the ELCA needs:  Queerfully and Wonderfully Made:  A Guide for LGBTQ+ Christian Teens.  Oh, yeah, can't wait!

Yup, that is what Christian teens with questions need -- professional LGBTQ+ people to help guide them into the pursuit of their desires.  Answers and tools are, I am sure, the stock and trade of those encouraging kids to experiment in the fluidity of their sexual identities but I am also sure that the answers and tools will not talk about norms or values or ethics other than acceptance, affirmation, and assurance that all is well with you and the most certain thing you can trust are your desires.  I expect such stuff from the world but hardly from a church related publishing enterprise.
