"Is [the White House] just going to let this [judicial coup] continue, even though it could delay everything for years, until the presidency is over?" asked Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway during Thursday's White House press briefing. pic.twitter.com/9f2Yf9i4yS

Hey, I know her!
Here is a shout out to someone many of you know by reputation and writing if not personally. I have had the privilege of her acquaintance for a while and was surprised to be reviewing the news on my phone only to see her with the White House Press Corps. In February 2025, the White House announced that it would determine which outlets are allowed access to the president, instead of the White House Correspondents' Association. In the past, as well as today, it has been a sometimes eclectic mix of reporters from major news outlets to smaller print establishments. Our own confessional Lutheran and well connected journalist, Mollie Hemingway joined the group. Way to go, Mollie! We are not only proud of you but encourage you to keep fulfilling your vocation both as Editor-in-Chief at The Federalist and in the White House Briefing Room while also managing the vocations of wife and mother. God bless you!
