You missed it. . .

Once again I attended the Henkel Conference at Ascension Lutheran Church in Madison, TN.  I was once again blown away by the talent and thought provoking speakers and how relevant their words to the changing landscape of America.  Kudos to Pastor Greg Bauch for heading this conference up and for the many whose support enables it to continue.  This year was absolutly amazing!  I witnessed the courage and expertise of people in a variety of areas confronting me with facts to help me make sense of the changing world around me.  In particular, I was blown away by Mrs. Katie Coblentz, Chad Jackson, and Dr. Peter McCullough.  That and the stellar preaching and worship made this a conference worth your every moment of attention.  Thank you, Pr. Bauch.

The whole schedule looked like this:

  • Andrew Walker, Associate Professor of Christian Ethics and Public Theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (SBTS), Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC), and Managing Editor of WORLD Opinions
  • Peter McCullough, MD, internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist, who manages common infectious diseases as well as the cardiovascular complications of both the viral infection and the injuries developing after the COVID-19 vaccine
  • Chad O. Jackson, a Dallas-based entrepreneur and researcher who starred in the Uncle Tom films and makes the case for moral Christian ethics, family values, independence and intentional citizenship
  • Joy Pullmann, Executive Editor of The Federalist and an 18-year education and politics reporter, as well as cofounder of a Christian classical school and author of classical curricula
  • Nathanael Blake, Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC)
  • Katie Coblentz, Christian wife
  • Jeffrey Hemmer, Pastor at Bethany Lutheran Church
  • Willie Grills, Pastor at Zion Lutheran Church and co-host of A Word Fitly Spoken and A Brief History of Power

Stay tuned because the presentations from this conference will soon join the previous conferences because of the nimble fingers and technical skills of Gene Wilken at the Flaneur Record.  As good as that is, it is not worth skipping the chance to be there.  Look for another installment in August of 2026.   Thank you to ALL who made this possible.
